The Historical Society of Old Newbury welcomes individuals, families, businesses and other organizations with an interest in the preservation of Newbury's history to become members. The Society is governed by a Board of Directors and its activities are supported by its members.

Members are entitled to the following privileges:

• Free admission to the Cushing House Museum and Library.
• Free admission to most lectures.
• Selected events including the Annual Holiday Party.
• Informal mailings including the Society's newsletter.
• Volunteer opportunities in a variety of areas.
